How do I get audio description or subtitles?

Press the “services” button on your remote control. 

Move the highlighter down to “system setup” and press “OK” or simply press 4 on the remote.

Move the highlighter down to “languages and subtitles” and press “OK”, or press 3 on the remote. 

Now you can turn audio description/subtitles on; insert a short beep so that when you’re channel-hopping and you land on a channel that is currently transmitting a programme with description you’ll hear the beep; highlight all programmes flagged as having description in white on the on-screen Electronic Programme Guide.

Once you’ve set everything to your liking, you will need to move the highlighter to “Save settings” then press “OK”.
