Scoutmaster Lumpus

The biggest stick-in-the-mud at Camp Kidney, Scoutmaster Lumpus is a frustrated moose who thinks a lot of himself. Everything has to be exactly the way he wants it or he has a meltdown. He really wants to be Head Troop Master, but is stuck in a job making sure no one has any fun at Camp Kidney.
