Dock Hag
The Dock Hag is the miserable old hag who runs the dock of Stormalong Harbour. She has an almost mystical flair for issuing tickets, and her favourite ticket to give out is for leaving whales in the water unattended. So she keeps her eye on Flapjack and Bubbie.
