Mr. No Hands

Mr. No Hands is the First Squad’s leader, and trained them to be elite. He can fly thanks to a propeller on his head, and he can fire darts at his enemies. Mr. No Hands actually does have hands, but he keeps them under his robe because they misbehave if he lets them out in the open!
